5. Limitation of Liability Greenlotto shall not be liable for:

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law All matters relating to the Terms of Use, betting contracts, and any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The Service is available exclusively in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
7. Publicity and Use of Personal Information In the event of a significant win (defined as ₦1,000,000.00 or more), Greenlotto may request the use of the Customer's name, image, and city of residence for publicity and promotional purposes. The Customer agrees that Greenlotto may contact them for this purpose, and funds may be temporarily withheld until the requested material is received. Greenlotto will make at least three reasonable attempts (via phone, SMS, or email) to contact the Customer before proceeding.
8. Communication of Amendments Greenlotto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and shall take immediate effect. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Any exceptions to these Terms must be communicated in writing via the official Greenlotto website. Verbal statements by staff or affiliates will not be recognized in the event of a dispute.

Greenlotto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. All changes will take effect upon publication on the Greenlotto website or mobile app. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the Service immediately. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms have taken effect shall constitute your full and binding acceptance of such amendments, whether or not you have explicitly acknowledged them.

1. Account Creation and Eligibility To access Greenlotto services and products, Users must register for a personal lottery account. By registering, you affirm that:

4. Updating Personal Information You are responsible for ensuring that your account details (name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email) remain current and accurate. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
5. Privacy and Data Handling All customer data is securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Greenlotto’s Privacy Policy. Greenlotto may disclose information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required or when investigating suspected fraud or criminal activity. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Account Suspension or Closure Greenlotto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially in cases involving:

• • Fraud, collusion, or criminal activity;
  • Violation of these Terms of Use.

In such cases, Greenlotto may forfeit any residual account balance or pending winnings. If your account is closed voluntarily (e.g., due to gambling concerns), you may request closure by contacting Customer Support in writing. Upon request, your data will be retained for a mandatory period of seven (7) years, after which it can be deleted upon your explicit instruction. A previously closed account may be reopened by the original owner, subject to compliance with the current Terms of Use at the time of reactivation.
7. Inactive Accounts Accounts with no login activity for six (6) consecutive calendar months will be marked as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to closure or other administrative actions as deemed appropriate.

  • Bank Transfers
  • Virtual Cards (for deposits only)
  • E-Wallets (e.g., Paystack, Quickteller, Rave)

All deposits must originate from a payment method owned and registered in the Customer’s name. Greenlotto may conduct identity verification checks before processing deposits.
2. Withdrawals Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for deposit, once verification is complete. Greenlotto may reject withdrawals suspected of being used to facilitate fund transfers between financial instruments.

  • Manual bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 banking days
  • E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours

Customers who wish to submit a complaint or suggestion regarding Greenlotto’s services, website, or general operations are encouraged to contact Customer Service as a first step. • • The matter will be assigned to an appropriate representative for resolution.
  • If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, the issue will be escalated, and a final response will be provided via email or internal messaging. Note: Any complaint regarding the acceptance, settlement, or resettlement of a stake must be submitted within 24 hours of the event in question. Abusive, offensive, or defamatory language directed at staff or Greenlotto (whether via direct communication or public platforms such as forums or social media) will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or further legal action.

A delay, omission, or failure by Greenlotto to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. Greenlotto retains the ability to enforce any such rights at any time in the future

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The affected provision will be interpreted, where possible, to reflect Greenlotto’s original intention in compliance with the law.

Greenlotto is committed to responsible gaming and promotes it as an enjoyable, recreational activity—not as a source of income or financial recovery. We strongly advise Customers to:

• • Set clear deposit and time limits.
  • Avoid gambling to recover losses.
  • Keep gambling separate from daily or financial obligations.
  Customers may at any time request:
  • Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

All bets placed with Greenlotto are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Criminal Code Act, CAP. 22, and applicable National Lottery regulations. Customers accessing the platform from outside Nigeria are responsible for complying with all local laws and exchange control regulations in their jurisdiction. Greenlotto assumes no responsibility for remitting funds to customers in foreign jurisdictions where such transfers are restricted or prohibited.

Greenlotto reserves the right to cancel or correct bets or payments made in error due to:

• • Clearly incorrect pricing, odds, or spreads.
  • Bets accepted on suspended or removed markets.
  • Incompatible or mutually exclusive bet combinations accepted due to technical or human error.
  • Mistaken settlement or crediting of winnings.
  • Known or unknown technical issues or data leaks, particularly relating to Ghana games. Where errors occur, bets may be:

Greenlotto operates a real-time automated fraud and security detection system across all platforms (Terminal/Web/USSD). If any abnormal activity is identified:

• • Transactions involved will be automatically reversed.
  • Affected tickets (including winning ones) will be declared null and void.
  • Greenlotto is not obligated to notify the agent or player prior to reversing such transactions.

The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising from transactions identified as fraudulent or manipulated by the system.

Malicious or Fraudulent Behaviour Any form of fraudulent, manipulative, or malicious activity by a customer including but not limited to multiple account creation, bonus abuse, the use of bots or scripts, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate reversal (“rollback”) of all credited bonuses, winnings, or rewards. 5. Third-Party Usage Customers must not allow third parties to access or operate their Greenlotto accounts. Transactions or gameplay activities initiated by third parties, even with the account owner’s consent, will be considered invalid and may result in account termination.

6. Payment and Withdrawal Fraud Greenlotto reserves the right to hold, reverse, or delay any payment or withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, money laundering, or identity theft. Additional verification steps may be required before any payout is approved.

7. Right to Investigation Greenlotto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspicious activity, transaction, or behaviour. Findings may be reported to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies as required by law.

8. Enforcement and Compliance All users of Greenlotto agree to abide by this policy as a condition of participation. Violations may result in immediate restriction, forfeiture of funds, or permanent account closure.

Greenlotto reserves the right to:

  • Refuse to accept bets without providing a reason.
